Winkel Construction has performed tenant improvements from simple gray boxes for landlords thru million dollar build-outs for National Retailers. Our 45+ years of experience began in the era of the New Shopping Mall and continuing thru the changing times of today. We are a company that has adapted over the years to our client needs to exceed their expectations.

Winkel Construction started doing big box stores in the late 80's with Linens 'n Things. Now we are continuing with big box build-outs for multiple clients.

Winkel Construction has developed the ability to professionally perform the open store projects/specialty projects over the years. We have successfully completed over 100 of these projects throughout the years and continually perform more than a dozen of these types of projects every year.
